DESCRIPTION OF EACH ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Solution Architect will work directly with external customers and will support the Engagement Practice and Competence Domains to define and provide technical solution that enhance the customer’s competitive potition. The solution architect plans, designs and deliver solutions that improve the customer network in terms of capacity, functionality, and-user-service, and competence built up etc.

2.    Customer Project Manager will work to manage assigned customer projects to secure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. CPM is responsible for all project activities during the project establishment, execution and conclusion phases.

3.    Consultant is expected to generate and develop new consulting business including competence consulting opportunities, deliver projects, as well as assist in developing new services.

4.    Service Engineer secure planning, design, installation, configuration, testing and integration of the solution delivered to customer, ensuring that testing and integration are performed as planned and verifying that the solution is working as Ericcson and Customer have agrred.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POTITIONS

Education Background and Experience:

1.    Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.

2.    Having pertinent experience and developed skill on related scope of work.

3.    Having Ericsson knowledge and skill on related product or business process will be an advantage.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1.    Good knowledge and understanding on business & financial, sales & business development with five years of progressive experiences in telecom/IT information systems consulting & resales/solution implementations for Solution Architect and Customer Project Manager position.

2.    Having minimum three years of progressive experience related areas for Service Engineer position.

3.    Ability to persuade and mobilize internal/external resources for fulfill customer requirements and highly developed skill in communication and presentation skill for Customer Project Manager and Solution Architect position.

4.    For Consultant, at leas 7 years experiences in cosulting (in telecom), telecom vendors, and/or telecom operator environment experience in relevant potitions. Prefer to have previously worked as Consultant, Marketing expert, Business Developer, Solution Architect, Product Manager or Line Manager.
