With the ratificatin of the ASEAN Charter in Desember 2008, the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC) had embarked on an organization restructuring that is aligned to the requirements of the Charter and their respective Comunity Blueprins, namely: the ASEAN Political and Security Community (APSC), the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), and th ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC).The ASEC is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the following vacant positions:

Technical Officer Priority Integration Sectors

• Postgraduate degree in Economics, Management or an appropriate related field or discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a technical and/or a policy support role relating to one or several of the above Priority Integration Sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge, policy research, technical and/or communications skills in one or several of the above sectors.
• Proven skills in problem solving in a complex organisational environment and in work planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, monitor and review policy and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organise tasks and work flows, with
