3. AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)
QUALIFICATION:

• Single (1),Age between 21-26 (1), 24-30 (2), 28-35 (3)
• Minimum GPA (IPK) 2,75 of 4
• Fresh graduate from reputable university or max having 2 years working experience (1)
• Having min 2 years working experience in banking or retail industry, and knowledge of the banking is advantage (2)
• Having min 2 years of sales leadership ang management experience, experience in banking is advantage but not compulsory (3)
• Having good self dicipline insales monitoring and performance management (3)
• Storong self-motivation for improvement
• Positive attitudes are essential in performing sales and service activites
• Pleasant yet assertive in communication skills
• Fair (1,2), fluent (3) English skills, verbal and writing
• Willing to be placed at all CIMB Niaga offices
