With the ratificatin of the ASEAN Charter in Desember 2008, the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC) had embarked on an organization restructuring that is aligned to the requirements of the Charter and their respective Comunity Blueprins, namely: the ASEAN Political and Security Community (APSC), the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), and th ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC).

The ASEC is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the following vacant positions:

Senior Officer Internal Audit, required qualities are:

• Familiarity with diplomatic practices and protocol;
• computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools; 
• ability to multi-task, work long and irregular hours, and perform outside the usual job scope; 
• ability to function effectively independently and as part of a team; 
• and a willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
